Goodwood Handicap

The Goodwood Handicap is born, cricket sprinting folklore may have been established but certainly no new world records were broken in the process.

The small field of veterans including Adrian “Bolt” Nippress, Lloyd “Powell” Cook and Veteran Jason “Lewis” Pike lined up on the hallowed turf of Goodwood Oval at 6:30pm for a challenge of pride.

Lloyd a late entry removed his sandals but was already handicapped after a thirsty day watching the A’s, joined Nippress and Pike in an experienced field. Club Veteran Jason Pike starting from scratch had considerable ground to make up on Lloyd from +15m and Adrian from +20m.
