Under 17 – Premiers
Congratulations to our Under 17’s team who took out the premiership for the 2014/2015 season. Some excellent efforts from the young men saw them take out the premiership against Brighton at Brighton oval in the final.
Goodwood scored a strong 168 with key contributions from J.Satanek scoring 67, B.Fallon scoring 28 and J.Nicolson 20.
The damage with the leather was done for Goodwood by Thomas who took 5/18, taking out Brighton’s opening bat then cleaning up the tail to help Goodwood restrict Brighton to 152. Fallon, Stringer, Brooks, Lynch & Nicolson all took 1 a piece for the remaining wickets.
